At FashionGround, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which replacement requests are accepted for products purchased from https://fashionground.in.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Replacement Eligibility

FashionGround offers 7-Day Replacement Only.

Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • A valid order confirmation or invoice must be provided

FashionGround reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Eligible Replacement Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has been used or worn

  • Product is returned without original packaging

  • Product is physically damaged by the customer

  • Request is made after 7 days of delivery

No Refund Policy

FashionGround currently does not offer refunds.

Only replacement requests will be processed for eligible cases such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos or videos of the issue

    • Product packaging images if applicable

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm replacement eligibility.

Once approved, instructions will be provided for returning the product.

Reverse Pickup / Return Shipping

If a replacement request is approved:

  • Our courier partner may arrange a reverse pickup, or

  • Customers may be asked to ship the product back to our address

After the returned product is inspected, a replacement product will be shipped.

Damaged Package at Delivery

If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, we recommend:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Contact our support team immediately

If a damaged product is discovered after delivery, please notify us within 24 hours.

Replacement Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Replacement orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days
